If you are looking for accomodation then please take a look at our student accommodation listing.
By way of background, John Cave & Co has been involved with Student Accommodation since 1994 and apart from seeing some substantial changes (not all necessarily for the better) during this time, has as a consequence, built up a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge in dealing with the letting of Student Accommodation. This is no idle boast and we believe is of a fundamental relevance, in today’s letting market.
In particular, although we recognise that Students have certain differing criteria from the standard private rentals (such as paying rent individually, for example), we like (and expect in reverse), to treat all our Students in exactly the same way we would our ordinary private client Tenants, and it is this basic level of mutual respect and understanding that has resulted in the small, but comprehensive portfolio of property we continue to offer to this day.
This aside, there has been plenty of opportunity to increase the number of houses to offer; however a proactive policy decision to avoid getting involved with the average run of the mill dross, has meant that all the properties we offer are, without doubt, both excellently maintained and more importantly, well presented. What’s more, we are constantly pressing our Landlords to improve their properties, which generally manifests itself in refurbished Kitchens, Bathrooms, carpeting and furniture, some of which is self evident from the property photo’s.
