Introduction

All the houses are refurbished to a particularly high standard (in most cases including refitted Kitchens and Bathrooms, together with Digital TV aerials and sockets into each Bedroom). The rent includes a TV license and an incoming calls only telephone, together with WIRELESS BROADBAND internet connection. As required, all rents are quoted on a per week basis, INCLUSIVE OF ALL BILLS after which there are no further costs – with the exception of personal possessions insurance, if so desired.
