Lettings Support Service

We are also able to give specific advice on

  • Lettings dedicated Insurance products such as Rent and Legal Insurance as well as Buildings and Contents policies. In particular, we have a block policy in place which is underwritten by Zurich Insurance, which generally, on average, is 40% cheaper than existing buildings policies and infact also includes £20K of contents cover as part of the policy - there is no charge for this advice
  • Tax and rental Investment advice - separate charge applies
  • Removal and Storage option. We have negotiated preferential rates with "Safestore" (http://www.safestore.co.uk) who are a National Company with 90 Depots Nationwide, including Cheltenham (http://www.safestore.co.uk/storage/south_west/cheltenham/cheltenham.aspx). They have the experience and strength in depth to arrange an entire move or just Storage solutions, depending on individual requirements. They can also arrange preferential rates on van hire, if this is all you need.

Inevitably, none of the above services are rigid and can be tailored to suit an individuals particular Lettings requirements, which once discussed and agreed is then confirmed in writing.
