Introduction

As an independent local business, with some twenty years experience, John Cave & Co is dedicated solely to Residential Lettings and Property Management. As such, focusing only on the priorities and needs of both Landlords and Tenants alike, we avoid the conflict of interest associated with offering Estate Agent Sales and Financial Mortgage Services. In other words, we are not an Estate Agency, with an infill Lettings Department.

Furthermore, for us it is not about "reinventing the wheel", but delivering accurate, relevant and timely professional service to our clients.

We have the knowledge and experience to effectively manage clients’ property expectations, in order to ensure that our Tenancies are completed with the minimum amount of fuss, whilst concurrently ensuring that the ever expanding but relevant Legal Legislation, is adhered to.
